A dynamic workplace requires well-functioning teams.

Many leaders struggle with frustrated and ineffective teams. A good leader must understand what makes a great team. Practicing the teachings of Five Behaviors is a proven way to quickly transform teams to become engaged, trust-filled, and impactful to the organization.

I develop your senior leaders and managers to improve their interpersonal and communication skills and to become effective leaders. Results take place in relationships. Teamwork is a people process. The relationships your people have make your business successful... or not. The interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills of your leaders and managers are critical to your company's success.

Five Behaviors FAQs

WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM DO?
The goal is simple: create an assessment-based learning experience that helps teams understand how they can become more cohesive, productive and effective in the five behaviors.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Participants complete an assessment scoring their team on key components of the Five Behaviors model. Team data is combined with an Everything DiSC profile so individuals can link team behaviors with style preferences and priorities.

WHO IS IT FOR?
The program is designed exclusively for teams and that want to:

  • Make better, faster decisions

  • Tap into skills and opinions of all teammates

  • Gain a competitive advantage

  • Avoid wasting time and energy on politics, confusion, and destructive conflict

  • Avoid wasting time tackling the wrong issues and revisiting same topics over and over again due to lack of buy-in

  • Have a team that's enjoyable to be on!
